K.S. Franklin
Franklin is currently the CEO of Future Frameworks. He is a motivating force of knowledge and expertise on Service Management and IT Governance best practices. An ITIL4 Managing Professional, ITIL v3  Expert, ITIL v2 Service Manager, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program consultant, DevOps, ISO/IEC 20000 Implementer & Internal Auditor, Cobit Certified and Six Sigma Black Belt. He received his M.Tech (Master of Technology) and a Mini MBA from IIM (Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore).

Franklin has rich experience of more than 20 years of IT operations, planning, development and project management experience. In the current role he heads the Business and Consulting practice, working with CIOs to develop strategy and also in process excellence. Franklin is passionate about Quality and as a Trained Black belt for Six Sigma projects was instrumental is setting up state-of-the art processes and also in achieving significant Service / Process improvements within the IT organizations. In his previous role, he has been Heading the Sales and Delivery function for a Holland based company on IT Service Management and IT Governance. He has been involved in many projects worldwide in ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000 Consulting and Implementation projects in US, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Franklin has worked with Wipro Technologies, ITpreneurs Nederland BV, Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting, Coimbatore Stock Exchange and many renowned organizations. Franklin has driven the world’s first BS15000 (Presently ISO/IEC 20000) Certification project.

Franklin has co-authored a book, ISO/IEC 20000 Executive’s Guide with the ITIL founding brother, Mr. Alan Nance of USA and Dennise Underwood, Former Sr. VP of Gartner, USA.

Jorge C. Buenaventura
Jorge C. Buenaventura is the Chief Executive Officer of First Datacorp, Philippines,  a leading System Integrator and Solution Provider. Buenaventura is one of the earliest advocates of ITIL in the Philippines and had established key initiatives on to build awareness and adaptation. For many years, First Datacorp has been a foremost industry in IT infrastructure building. Buenaventura founded the  company in 1985 and established it be a top business partner of Microsoft, HP and others receiving numerous awards and accolades for many years.

Buenaventura has a B.S. Business Administration Degree and a Masters in Business Administration from De La Salle University. Outside of First Datacorp, he serves as Director on the Board of a two Information Technology Companies and was formerly a director of the Computer Manufacturers Association of the Philippines for a number of years and an environmental institution Lasallian Institute for the Environment  (LIFE).

Sunil Rangreji
Sunil Rangreji is currently the Member of Advisory Board at Future Frameworks and also works as an Independent Consultant focused on Service Strategy and Service Culture Transformation. Sunil is a B.E. graduate in Electronics & Communication from Karnataka University with International Masters in Practicing Management from Insead, France. 

Sunil brings over 22 years of rich experience in IT Infrastructure Management space focussed on several areas including IT Service Management, 24/7 Global Service Delivery, Transition/Project Management, IT Consulting & Strategic Sourcing. Prior to this Sunil has worked with several Global IT Organization like NetApp, Accenture and Wipro Technologies. At NetApp, Sunil was working as IT Director, at Accenture worked as Senior Executive leading the India IT Operations,  Sunil had a long stint of 12 years with Wipro Technologies, worked as General Manager – Global IT Infrastructure, Service Delivery Director (UK) and General Manager – ITSM Consulting Practice. Sunil has participated in many IT forums as a Speaker/Panellist, he was a Speaker at – BSI Conference on “ITSM” in UK, QAI ITSM conference, IDC “Directions 2005”, IDC “Storage Vision”, NASSCOM “Business Ready Network” seminar, Economic Times Panel Discussion on Business Continuity Planning etc., also featured in Dataquest, Network Magazine, Economic Times, Express Computers & Cisco iQ website covering expert views on technology trends and case studies. Sunil’s other interests include Writing and Coaching, he works as a Leadership Coach for Mission10X which is a Wipro initiative in building Academic Leadership in India. Also has written papers on topics like “Art of Service Management”, “India in a Multi Polar World” and “The Reflective Coach”.

N Ravindra
Ravindra is currently the Member of Advisory Board at Future Frameworks and also the COO at Vimarshana. He is an IT Professional with more than 26 years of experience, in the senior management roles for the last 8 years.  He was heading the Operations and Competency for over 11000 employees in the testing services business division in Wipro. He has built the robust people supply chain and delivery cost optimization processes for Testing Services Business. His experience spans across mainly 4 areas in the IT services industry;

Prior to this from 1999 till 2007 he has worked in various capacities like Practice Head, Delivery Manager, Quality Head in the IT Infrastructure Management Services. His last assignment in Infrastructure Management Services was to integrate cMango (an acquired company) into Wipro as Integration Manager. He was the head of Technical Support Services in Wipro Infotech for 4 years during 1995 to 98 and was responsible for setting up the Unicenter Competency Center, the first such center for Computer Associates outside of USA. Ravindra started his career in 1985 in Customer Support Division and became the head of the central repair center in Wipro Infotech. Implemented the local repair centers across major cities in India, developed and implemented a sub-contract repair model across India. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and an ITIL certified professional with a very high level of experience in implementing ISO 20000 processes. He has played a very key role in getting the ISO 20000 certification for Wipro. Wipro is the first IT Services Company to get this certification. He has authored the Wipro’s case study in the “ISO/IEC 20000 Executive’s Guide”.
